Chairman and Managing Director, Kaizer Motaung has sent a message of condolence to the family of AmaZulu defender, Masoeng Sillo who was reportedly killed in a car accident on the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The Botshabelo born defender was on duty for his club on Sunday, 09 August 2009 when AmaZulu drew with Bidvest Wits was driving back to Durban in time for the training session in preparation for the MTN8 semi final fixture against Golden Arrows this coming weekend.

“We (Kaizer Chiefs Family) are saddened by a passing away of yet another player following a car accident, and on behalf of Kaizer Chiefs Family, the players who had an opportunity to play against Sillo we send our heartfelt condolences to the family, Chairman of AmaZulu, Dr. Sokhela and the club in its entirety,” said the Motaung.

The Club spokesperson, Phiani Mabaso has revealed to kaizerchiefs.com that details for the Memorial Service and funeral will be released later today.
