The goal-getting Mbesuma has been in good form for club and country, netting a hat trick for the latter in a World Cup qualifier against Congo which Zambia won 3-2.

Mbesuma failed to report for training with Chiefs after the victory and also missed a crucial Castle Premiership clash against Bush Bucks on Saturday.

Bucks held the Amakhosi 2-2 at Soccer City.

The technical department is investigating the matter of Mbesuma's disappearance and will release a statement regarding the players' stance with the Soweto giant tomorrow (Tuesday).
