The Amakhosi emerged, after this afternoon’s hi tech and lavish 2005 Coca-Cola Cup draw, highly motivated after having avoided old nemeses Bloemfontein Celtic and Super Sport United.

The Amakhosi have set up a date with Premier League new boys Tembisa Classic at the FNB Stadium on a date yet to be decided.

The draw which was held at the Standard Bank Arena in Johannesburg, amid razzmatazz and fan fare that has become synonymous with this tournament.

The organizers have stayed in step with the innovations they have introduced over the past four years , and have kept the same recipe of success this year by adding a new dimension to some of their past innovations.

The famous Pashasha seats will remain with winners of various competitions sitting on huge red couches in strategic positions in the stadium.

This successful venture will be extended into a Pashasha zone at various malls around the country so as to export the excitement of the stadium to the shopping centres.

The sponsors will be keeping up the process whereby complimentary busses will be on hand to transport supporters from various points around cities to the stadiums. The star performer of the entire tournament or flair player will receive a special red blazer to mark his achievements at the end of the tournament.

Since the change of sponsor to Coca Cola in 2001 the Amakhosi have been in the final game in each season winning the trophy on three out of four occasions scoring eight goals and conceding just one goal in the four Coca Cola Cup finals that they have been to.
