The Glamour Boys were back to business on Monday in preparation for their tricky away fixture against Free State Stars.

The match that was previously scheduled for Charles Mopeli Stadium has now been moved to Botshabelo Stadium in Bloemfontein.

Kick off for the game is at 15:15 on Saturday, 11 December.

Corporate Communications Manager, Thebe Mohatle welcomed the move to Botshabelo Stadium, “The victory against Orlando Pirates on Saturday is now water under the bridge. Our focus is now 100% on Free State Stars. The game is also going to give us an opportunity to connect with our fans in the Free State province,”

“The team has a good following there and I have no doubt that the Amakhosi will come in numbers in support of the boys. We want to close the Club’s 40th anniversary in style and this starts with you the fan on the stand,” said the upbeat ‘Thevez’, as Thebe is affectionately known to kaizerchiefs.com.

Mohatle who was wearing one of his traditional Gold & Black branded hats on Saturday at FNB Stadium paid tribute to the Amakhosi FANS who had outnumbered the ‘home’ side’s fans.

“The message was clear from the stands that Orlando Pirates were in for trouble. I would like to take this opportunity and thank all of you for coming through to witness one of our greatest victories in the history of the PSL,” added Mohatle.
