The first leg of the two legged semi final will be played at Loftus on Saturday the 16 August at 8pm, with the second leg, a home to Swallows to be played at Olympia Park in Rustenburg on the 24 August 2008 at 3pm.

The draw saw Mamelodi Sundowns taking neighbours SuperSport United on Sunday, 17 August and Saturday, 23 August 2008 both games will be played at Super Stadium.

Kaizer Chiefs who were drawn as home side will be looking at continuing where they left off against Santos when they walloped them 4-0 at Loftus.

Public Relations Manager, Siyabulela Makunga welcomed the opportunity to play rivals, Swallows, “It is another home game for us and we very happy to meet Swallows. This is a derby and for us as everyone saw on Saturday that we mean business this season. Come Saturday we will be ready for Swallows” he said.
