Kaizer Chiefs will be looking at advancing to the MTN8 Final at the expense of Soweto rivals, Moroka Swallows when the two sides meet in an anticipated clash at Olympia Park on Sunday.

The two sides are locking horns against each other for the second time in a space of a week after Swallows were sent packing away at Loftus last weekend with Chiefs winning by 2-0.

The Naturena-based side were boosted this morning by the return of all the international players who did duty for their respective countries during the week. Itumeleng Khune, Siphiwe Tshabalala from an inspiring 2 all draw against Socceroos, Jonathan Quartey who made his debut for Black Stars played 90 minutes as in a 1 all draw against Tanzania and left back, Onismor Bhasera inspired Zimbabwe to a 1-0 win against Botswana.

Tough as teak defender Mokete Tsotetsi who played a vital role in ensuring Swallows do not get the all important away goal last weekend told kaizerchiefs.com that he and his teammates are confident of meeting either SuperSport or Sundowns in the final.

“We are all concentrating on playing against Swallows this weekend. We will be going all out to win the game. The difference between the two teams in the last game was that we were more organised. The win has helped us to set high standards as a team. We do need to be calm and concentrate on the game. We are confident of reaching the cup final” he said.
