The Glamour Boys led by Head Coach, Vladimir Vermezovic and El Capitan, Jimmy Tau arrived at Polokwane on Friday afternoon for the mouth-watering Telkom semi final clash against stubborn Santos.



The excitement of fans can be seen on the streets with people waving as the new branded Kaizer Chiefs bus passed through the streets of Polokwane.



Fans were already spotting the famous gold and black colours singing. “Sizobashaya,” screamed one of the fans wearing colourful club regalia as the players came out of the bus during their arrival at the team hotel.



Also created excitement in Polokwane was the visibility of Marketing Team led by Marketing Director, Jessica Motaung together with Supporters team led by Supporters Relations Manager, Cecil Motaung and Retail Manager, Emmanuel Khumalo.

“It is a pleasure for us to come to Polokwane,” said Corporate Communications Manager, Thebe Mohatle who was part of the team during the road- shows.

“This is an opportunity for us to interact with our supporters in this province. The Supporters Team will be at hand to sign new members, renew membership and sell Club’s merchandise. The trip also gives us an opportunity create brand awareness and to address the supporters on issues like counterfeit, etc. We had a good response on the two road- shows we had both at Polokwane Taxi Rank and Indian Complex,” said Mohatle.



The Supporters team also revealed to kaizerchiefs.com that there will be a meeting with Polokwane branches tomorrow (Saturday, 20 November 2010) at Seshego Honeymoon Lodge starting at 10:00-14:00.



The Supporters Team will be at the Main Gate of Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday, 20 November 2010 for more recruitment and selling Club’s merchandise.
