Kaizer Chiefs head of security and logistics - Thami Myaluza has said that the Amakhosi will continue to use police escorts to get the team bus from the hotel to the stadiums in quick time for the duration of the season.

Myaluza said "with Chiefs having to play games on weekdays we some times land up in peak time traffic - we have had cases where we were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic."

He continued by saying "the extra twenty or thirty minutes we save can help the coach use this time for match preparations."

Coach Ernst Middendorp has also welcomed the continuation of the police escorts thanking the police services for making themselves available to be of assistance.
