Kaizer Chiefs come out strongly against reports that midfielder Jabu Pule was to be loaned out or sold outright to an unidentified European club.
This comes in the wake of Pule’s recent negative publicity in the media.
Club PRO Putco Mafani said there was no substance in such reports. "There has never been a formal approach from any European club," said Mafani. "It is amazing how or where these people get such information. If there’s anything we will inform our supporters through the right channels."
City Press reported at the weekend that three clubs - German Bundesliga club 1860 Munich and French teams Marseille and RC Lens - were believed to have targeted the mercurial player.
