Kaizer Chiefs will entertain Ajax Cape Town at home in the quarterfinals of the lucrative Coca-Cola Cup following a draw conducted on Monday.

Amakhosi emerged victorious in the last meeting between the two rivals on September 21, courtesy of a 29th minute goal by Swazi international striker Sbusiso Dlamini.

Chiefs were also triumphant against the Urban Warriors in the semifinals of last year’s Coke Cup at Newlands Stadium with a 22nd minute goal by Stanton Fredericks. Goalkeeper Brian Baloyi won the Moment of the Match for his excellent goalkeeping in that game.

Meanwhile, Durban supporters will be treated to yet another local derby after Golden Arrows were drawn against Manning Rangers. Rangers, who booted defending league champions Orlando Pirates out of the Coke Cup, will have home ground advantage.

High riding Wits University will be at home to Supa 8 champions Jomo Cosmos while Premiership newcomers Silver Stars will host Moroka Swallows

Dates and venues are yet to be confirmed.
