Kaizer Chiefs development team registered an important 1-0 victory against Robinvale Spurs in the Group G match at Belhar Sport Grounds on Friday afternoon.
Maselaelo “Shakes” Seanego scored the all important goal for the young Chiefs who lost the opener to Baltic Rangers on Thursday.
The victory came at a price though as midfielder, Nkululeko Zwane was taken to the hospital following an injury at the top of his right eye.
Chiefs will meet Old Mutual Academy at 12:45 on Saturday afternoon.
