The Glamour Boys will return to Loftus Stadium for their last home game of the season to entertain the unpredictable, Engen Santos on 6 May 2009.

Kick off for the game is at 19h30.

The game presents an opportunity for the Amakhosi to avenge the defeat they suffered from the same Santos in Cape Town back in December.

“The focus this week is on Orlando Pirates as we taking it one game at a time,” said the visible fired up Public Relations Manager, Siyabulela “24/7” Makunga.

“As hosts, we welcome the return to Loftus as our last game there against Supersport United did not yield desired results. We are returning to a stadium where we played our best football last season, even Santos was sent packing in the same stadium back in August. (Chiefs beat Santos 4-0 in the quarterfinals of MTN 8). This is a stage of the season where all games count,” said Makunga.

Siyabulela Makunga who together with Cecil Motaung (Supporters Relations Manager), Emmanuel Khumalo (Supporters Retail Manager) and the rest of hardworking Amakhosi Supporters have been busy with outreach recruitment programme and road shows all aimed at servicing branches, promoting Kaizer Chiefs supporters card and renewing and registering new supporters. The team will now be in Tshwane on the 6th May to continue where they left off in Durban.

“It will be our last home game of the season so we are expecting the highest attendance for this encounter, tickets are already on sale at Computicket and Shoprite Checkers countrywide”

I would like to take this opportunity to call on all the fans to continue rallying behind the team at this crucial stage of the season. We also would like to thank all the hardworking branches particularly those who ensured that our road shows had become a resounding success,” he concluded adding that the line up for entertainment will be released in due course.

Chiefs will play their last game of the season against Platinum Stars on the 9 May 2009 away.
