A group of Kaizer Chiefs players will be in attendance at the Nokia Defend Your Street 5 a side tournament in association with Vodacom, national finals to be held at the Randburg Football Club this weekend.

The Chiefs players will make their appearance at the finals on Saturday afternoon between 13:00 and 13:30, where they will be signing autographs and taking pictures with fans.

The Nokia defend your street tournament is a five a side event sponsored by mobile phone company Nokia in association with the National Community Radio Forum Vodacom, which has been on the go since July when 256 teams with players aged between 16 – 25 began playing regional play off matches in Kwa- Zulu Natal and Gauteng.

Over this coming weekend starting on Saturday, the eight remaining teams will fight it off for the right to make it to Sunday’s final, where they will come face to face with a special invited guest team from Brazil. The five boys from Brazil are exceptionally talented and are well experienced and have mastered the art of five a side football, and will provide a tough test for the South African team that makes it to Sunday’s final.
