Kaizer Chiefs Football Manager, Bobby Motaung has made a plea to the Club’s faithful to be patient during this time of the season following speculation in the media linking the Club with various players and renewal of contracts.

Speaking to kaizerchiefs.com from the Club headquarters in Naturena, Bobby Motaung said the Club is still busy with preparations for 2009/10 season.

“We of course appreciate the work that the media is doing but I want to state it once and for all that the Club is busy looking at all aspects of the Club in preparation for the upcoming season.

We have just had a successful two day workshop where we were dealing with these issues and we will make proper announcements in due course,” he said.

“I want to take this opportunity to request the supporters and our friends from the media that they should be patient.

We will not succumb to pressure from the media instead we will use our communication mediums to make all the necessary pronouncements. This is a plea from the Club,” he concluded.
