A number of Kaizer Chiefs management team along with a few members from the club’s back room staff who are often out of the public spotlight, were treated to a scrumptious lunch at the Nissan Motor Deal franchise in Ormonde Southern Johannesburg.

The dealer principal of the dealership Mr. Feroze Saloojee and the general manager of the Auto establishment Mr. Iqbal Cajee invited the Chiefs contingent. The reason for the Chiefs team's visit to the dealership was to strengthen a recently formed relationship between the club and the dealership, whereby Chiefs will service the vehicles sponsored to them by Nissan South Africa.

The Amakhosi recently took delivery of a fleet of new Nissan Vehicles, which included a number of Nissan X Trails, as well as the top of the range Nissan Murano 4x4.

Commenting on the forging of this new partnership between Chiefs and Nissan Motor Deal Johannesburg, Amakhosi marketing manager Jessica Motaung added “it is really important for us as an organization to get to know the people we deal with up close and personally, so that we have a better understanding of who they are and how their business operates and vice versa”.

Motaung was also impressed by the state of the art workshop at the dealership as well as the general professional look of the place “ From the information that we have been given I must say that the facility at the Nissan Motor Deal Johannesburg premises is one of the most advanced of the Nissan dealership Workshops around the Johannesburg area. Having had a look and spoken to the people who are in charge of this facility, I must say that it will only be a pleasure for Kaizer Chiefs to service their vehicles here”.

While the Chiefs marketing manager was complimentary of the Nissan Motor Deal Johannesburg team, the dealer principal Saloojee was happy to welcome The Chiefs management and their Nissan fleet to his premises. As he commented “we strive for service excellence at our place, and we will ensure that the Kaizer Chiefs Vehicles that come to us are taken care of in the best possible way like we do for all of our customers. We will be looking to forge a stronger relationship with Chiefs through the servicing of the club’s vehicles, and we are hopeful that this will be a long lasting friendship”.

Nissan Motor Deal Johannesburg premises are located nearby to the Kaizer Chiefs village in Naturena South of the Johannesburg CBD, which will mean that Chiefs transportation staff will no longer need to traverse through bumper to bumper Johannesburg traffic to have their vehicles kept in tip top condition.
