Kaizer Chiefs went into the half time break at a fast filling ABSA Stadium in Durban thanks to first half contributions from Fabian McCarthy and a first goal for Ivorian Serge Djiehoua in Gold and Black.

In a half where the wind threatened to be King of the park Chiefs did all the running with Djiehoua kicking an advertising board in anger minutes before he scored after he tormented the Arrows defense and saw his first effort fly off the wood work before he pounced to give Chiefs the lead in the 28th minute.

Scara Ngobese corner to score his first goal of the season.
