Amakhosi entertain birds in heritage clash

Kaizer Chiefs will take on cross city rivals Moroka Swallows in a friendly game at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Rustenburg in the North West Stadium on the 11th February, with kick-off for the game scheduled for 16h00.

The match is part of a wider African Cultural and heritage festival to be held in the city over the weekend and is meant to be a celebration of the achievements of various artisans.

As part of the celebrations there will also be an African Jazz Festival, to honour various South African and African Jazz performers, in addition there will be a curtain raiser to the main game to be contested by two ladies teams.

Organizers of the event have said that this years event is the inaugural one and will mark will be a regular event in the city, the idea is to have the Amakhosi be part of future events.
