Kaizer Chiefs Football Club extends its best wishes to the Joburg Super Kings for the forthcoming 2025 Betway SA20 season. The Super Kings are set to commence their campaign on January 11, 2025, with a home match against MI Cape Town at The Wanderers in Johannesburg.
As the team embarks on the third season of the SA20, which takes place between January and February, the Super Kings will undoubtedly be vying for the prestigious title. Jessica Motaung, Kaizer Chiefs' Marketing and Commercial Director, expressed her confidence in the Super Kings' prospects for a successful season. “We are pleased to support them and wish the team the best of luck for the tournament. Our partnership was highly productive last year, and we aim to build on this success in the upcoming season. We look forward to reciprocating the hospitality, and hosting them at our matches, while they will be hosting our juniors, fans, and first team at their games. The Joburg Super Kings warmly welcomed the Kaizer Chiefs family at their final home game of the 2024 SA20 season. Notable attendees from the Amakhosi camp included Bruce Bvuma, Brandon Petersen, and Reeve Frosler.
In a show of mutual support, representatives and players from the Joburg Super Kings will attend Kaizer Chiefs' league encounter against Stellenbosch at the FNB Stadium on January 8, as the club commemorates its 55th anniversary.
Furthermore, Chiefs' development players and staff will be in attendance to cheer on the Joburg Super Kings at their opening game against MI Cape Town on January 11.
