Kaizer Chiefs staff, players and management take pleasure in announcing the latest addition to the clubs family in the form of Meykeil Baron, born on Friday to club goalkeeper Emile Baron and his partner Melanie Becker.

Emile speaking at the Garden City Clinic in Johannesburg where the baby was born said: “I am ecstatic over entering the realms of fatherhood and will take the new challenges as they come day by day” were the words from a visibly over joyed Baron.

The new addition to the Baron family came home on Saturday and was greeted by a pair of tiny goalkeeper gloves tied to the top of his crib. “This guy has big hands - we all know where he is going to land up - in front of the net!!” added Baron, who has already made his intentions clear on the career path to be taken by his son. Good luck to the new parents on all that the new bundle of joy brings with him.
